February 2018  is Cancer Risk Reduction Month

In 2017, we lost some really good people. Cancer took a couple of real gems of patients that I had gotten to know especially well. We’re the kind of office that prides itself on forming not only good patient-doctor relationships, we become friends. So, when you lose a friend, you take time to process and draw meaning from their passing. Tremendous efforts are going toward treating cancer, but there is not nearly enough attention being paid toward prevention.

In honor of our friends who have passed, we are proclaiming February “Cancer Risk Reduction Month” at KMHC. I will be traveling throughout southeastern Wisconsin for the next few months giving talks on how a person can easily reduce the odds of acquiring this disease. I will post the times and locations of these events on our website. Also, each week, you will receive a newsletter containing seven tips you can implement immediately to lower your risk.

Finally, our promoted product this month is AdvaClear. This is a very powerful product, designed to help your body detoxify. We are all exposed to toxins on a daily basis. Over time, our livers can slow down in their ability to break down toxins. The best analogy I’ve heard is that the situation is like a blocked chimney. If smoke from the fire can’t escape through the chimney, it goes back into your house. Similarly, if your liver slows down in the processing of toxins, these potentially carcinogenic chemicals will get reintroduced into your body, causing harm to your DNA.

I use this product for three weeks, every six months, strictly as a preventative measure. You may experience more energy during the time you use it, and for weeks after. We are offering Advaclear at a 20% discount for the month of February. Enjoy the tips and have a happy and healthy month!

Yours in good health,
